Double success! EVERYis1 Chillback and NESTYis3 receive the German Design Award 2015

Frankfurt am Main. The German Design Council has just given two Interstuhl products the German Design Award 2015: EVERYis1 Chillback (Winner) and NESTYis3 (Special Mention). So Interstuhl stood on the podium twice in the "Office" category.

The German Design Council has been an established institution in the world of design for more than 60 years. The German Design Award is one of the best known international design prizes, and every year redefines the benchmark for pioneering design. With more than 2,250 national and international submissions, the German Design Award is one of the most popular competitions of its kind.

Interstuhl scored strongly in the "Office" category with two products. The EVERYis1 Chillback received the "Winner" award, while NESTYis3 received a "Special Mention". "We are delighted to have achieved this success, and it convinces us that we are right to continue in the way we are going; developing products that are equally strong in terms of technology, design, ergonomics, ecology and economics, that are as warmly received by our customers as by the experts," said Interstuhl Managing Director Helmut Link, commenting on the good performance.

It is particularly pleasing to see that the EVERYis1 Chillback came out ahead of the competition as "Winner". EVERYis1 marks the entry into the world of Interstuhl. But it succeeded in convincing the jury, and therefore demonstrating that design and quality can and must be accessible for everyone. NESTYis3 is a stackable foldable table which comes into its own when spaces need to be used flexibly. Its minimal shape combined with innovative and easy-to-use technology are particular features of NESTYis3 - and certainly convinced the German Design Council.
