At our headquarters in Meßstetten-Tieringen, Germany, 1100 square metres of workspace have been converted in the name of inspiration.
The second floor of our company headquarters has been extensively remodelled: This has given shape to a new work environment that purposefully lends itself to flexible use, digital control and real-life work processes.

Central to the reorganisation is the principle of activity-based working, which is supplemented by a comprehensive desk-sharing concept. Workstations are no longer allocated on a permanent basis, but rather can be picked and chosen as the situation requires – depending on the task, the required concentration level or the extent of conversation. The new room layout is no longer based on organisational structures, but rather activity profiles. This is why the new office space is split into different zones: Each area is spatially distinct, visually and acoustically adapted and furnished with functional equipment – with clear categorisation but flexible use.

Con questa ristrutturazione, lo spazio degli uffici non è stato solo riorganizzato dal punto di vista funzionale, ma anche ripensato in chiave strategica. Ora è il nostro laboratorio per la progettazione di uffici sostenibili in condizioni reali.

L'Interstuhl Liveroom è più di un classico showroom. È uno spazio esperienziale in cui nascono, vengono testate e continuamente sviluppate nuove forme di lavoro. Qui clienti, partner e architetti possono sperimentare come concetti spaziali ben studiati, prodotti e strumenti digitali interagiscono nella pratica.
